LPBank co-organizes VTV LPBank International Marathon - Cat Ba Sunset Colors 2024

On August 21, 2024, in Hanoi, Vietnam Television in coordination with Hai Phong City People's Committee, Hai Phong Department of Culture - Sports, Loc Phat Vietnam Bank (LPBank), Thanh An Media Joint Stock Company held a press conference for VTV LPBank International Marathon - Cat Ba Sunset Colors 2024. On this occasion, the parties officially signed a cooperation agreement to co-organize the tournament. The first season of VTV LPBank International Marathon named "Cat Ba Sunset Colors 2024" will take place in Cat Ba archipelago and will be broadcast live on VTV2 from 15:30 to 18:30 on October 19, 2024. This is a large-scale sporting event, promising to attract thousands of professional and amateur athletes from all over the world to participate.

With a beautiful coastal route, romantic sunset scenery and a vibrant atmosphere, the race will bring athletes unforgettable experiences. The organizers hope that this will be an opportunity for the runners community to demonstrate their spirit of protecting the value of the Cat Ba World Natural Heritage recognized by UNESCO, each runner will be an ambassador, promoting the image of Cat Ba to domestic and international friends. Through the event, Vietnam Television and the Organizing Committee also hope to build a series of large-scale, prestigious and quality annual races for the community of people who are passionate and love running in Vietnam. Thereby promoting tourism, culture and boosting the economy of the host locality in particular and Vietnam in general.

In the first season, the VTV Cup International Marathon - Cat Ba Sunset Colors was accompanied by Loc Phat Bank Vietnam (LPBank).
