Through screening, in Loc Ninh district, there are 107 poor and near-poor households with housing difficulties. Specifically, there are 88 households in need of new construction, 19 households in need of house repairs with a total cost of 7.8 billion VND. Regarding meritorious people, in the district, there are 3 households in need of new construction, 31 households in need of house repairs. All beneficiaries of the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses have started building houses. The district's steering committee regularly monitors the construction progress, ensuring that the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses will be completed by April 20.

Members of the monitoring delegation requested that the locality clarify further issues related to the work of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the area.
During the monitoring session, the delegation members and members of the District Steering Committee clarified many issues related to construction progress, project completion, construction costs, and counterpart funds of beneficiary families.
