According to the announcement of Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX), 7 stocks were transferred to restricted trading due to late submission of audited financial statements for 2023 more than 45 days from the prescribed deadline.

They are KTT stock of KTT Investment Group Joint Stock Company; HTP code of Hoa Phat Textbook Printing Joint Stock Company; DVG of Dai Viet Group DVG Joint Stock Company; FID stock of Vietnam Enterprise Investment and Development Joint Stock Company; CVN stock of Vinam Joint Stock Company; TKG code of Tung Khanh Production and Trading Joint Stock Company and SD6 code of Song Da 6 Joint Stock Company.

A series of stocks are restricted from trading due to the delay in announcing the 2023 audited financial statements.

Some businesses are even late in submitting their Financial Reports for two consecutive years 2022 - 2023 such as Hoa Phat Textbook Printing Joint Stock Company, Vinam Joint Stock Company...

Accordingly, the above stocks can only be traded on Fridays every week. In addition, within 15 days from the effective date of the decision, the above listed organizations must send to HNX and publish information along with measures and roadmap to overcome the situation of restricted securities trading.

In addition to being restricted from trading, some of the above stocks are also under warning or control such as KTT (warned because the undistributed profit after tax in the 2022 audited financial statements is negative); HTP is under control due to late submission of audited financial statements for two consecutive years; CVN is under control due to late submission of the 2022 semi-annual consolidated financial statements that have been reviewed for more than 30 days and late submission of the audited annual financial statements for two consecutive years; SD6 is under warning because the undistributed profit after tax as of December 31, 2022 is negative...
