Mr. Dang Nguyen Thinh, Head of the Department of Education and Training of District 7 (HCMC), said that the Department of Education and Training of this district has established a team to inspect the responsibility of principals in organizing the implementation of the 2018 General Education Program; the management of extra-curricular teaching and learning; the management of life skills education activities, STEM education, English teaching with foreign teachers; activities of clubs, extracurricular activities, happy schools, etc.

Mr. Dang Nguyen Thinh requested that in February and March, the primary school principals report on the self-inspection within the scope of the inspection content of the inspection team. Prepare full documents to prove each inspection content and arrange them scientifically and reasonably to create favorable conditions for the inspection team to carry out their tasks.

Also related to the implementation of regulations of Circular 29 on extra teaching and learning, the People's Committee of District 12 has directed the Department of Education and Training of this district to coordinate with the People's Committees of wards to establish a team to inspect extra teaching and learning activities in the area.

Ms. Vo Thi Chinh, Vice Chairwoman of District 12 People's Committee, requested the principals of public schools in the district to thoroughly educate teachers and school employees, ensuring that 100% of staff, teachers and employees clearly understand Circular 29, directive documents of the City People's Committee and instructions of the Department of Education and Training on regulations on extra teaching and learning.

At the same time, the People's Committee of District 12 requires school leaders to regularly review, remind and inspect the situation of rectifying regulations on extra teaching and learning among school staff and teachers; coordinate with competent authorities to handle violations (if any) according to regulations.
