Accordingly, 5 individuals are typical examples of progress, good people, good deeds to be promoted, including: Ms. Tran Thi Thuong (Member of the Standing Committee of the Red Cross Society of Nghia Tan Ward, Cau Giay District); Ms. Pham Thi Binh (Vice President of the Study Promotion Association No. 6, Yen Phu Ward, Tay Ho District); Ms. Tran Thi Kim Tram (Residential Group No. 12, Tran Phu Ward, Hoang Mai District); Mr. Nguyen Huu Ha (Head of Giang Xa Village, Tram Troi Town, Hoai Duc District); Ms. Do Thi Hue (Village 6, Ba Trai Commune, Ba Vi District).

Ms. Tran Thi Thuong (Member of the Standing Committee of the Red Cross Society of Nghia Tan Ward, Cau Giay District) is always enthusiastic and responsible in her work; actively participates in local activities. From 2008 to present, every year she supports the humanitarian fund of the Red Cross Society of the ward with 5 million VND; supports students and teachers at schools in Lao Cai, Lang Son, Ha Tinh provinces with 11 million VND and school supplies.

In addition, with the hope that the donated blood will help many lives, from 2008 to 2021, she has donated blood 15 times and actively encouraged relatives and people in the ward to participate in the ward's voluntary blood donation movement.

Ms. Pham Thi Binh (Vice President of the Study Encouragement Association No. 6, Yen Phu Ward, Tay Ho District) always completes her assigned tasks well; actively participates in supporting poor students to overcome difficulties in studying, and supports the Youth Union in summer activities for children.

At the age of 72, she is active in humanitarian charity work, mobilizing benefactors to support the care of 2 children in difficult circumstances in the area; mobilizing support for families affected by the fire in a mini apartment building in Khuong Dinh ward, Thanh Xuan district; she has been regularly taking care of An Quang Anh, who has a stroke and is in especially difficult circumstances at home since October 2022.

In addition, she actively participates in the Green Scrap group (established and operating since 2019 with 11 members), the main activity of the group is to classify waste in households, collect scrap to sell to raise funds to support community activities (giving gifts to families in difficult circumstances on the occasion of Lunar New Year, supporting the installation of LED lights to illuminate alley 130 and alley 242 Nghi Tam, the Humanitarian Voluntary Blood Donation Program, free meals for cancer patients at Hanoi Oncology Hospital,...).

Ms. Tran Thi Kim Tram (Group 12, Tran Phu Ward, Hoang Mai District) with the spirit of mutual love and support "the rich help the poor", she actively participated in support campaigns, campaigns and emulation movements launched by the group, ward and all levels. During the Covid-19 pandemic, through the Ward People's Committee, she donated 100 gifts worth 15 million VND to disadvantaged households in the area; donated 20 million VND to the Covid-19 Prevention Fund of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; called on people in Group 12 to participate in supporting disadvantaged families with 25 gifts and 20 million VND. From 2022 to present, she has continued to support students and families in difficult circumstances in the area with nearly 15 million VND and in kind (rice, bicycles, ...).

Mr. Nguyen Huu Ha (Head of Giang Xa Village, Tram Troi Town, Hoai Duc District), as Head of the Village from 2016 to present, has always fulfilled all assigned tasks well. In addition, he actively participates in local charity and support campaigns. Specifically, in 2019 and 2020, he supported the Covid-19 prevention checkpoints in the Town with drinking water worth 10 million VND.

From 2022 to now, responding to the movement "All people join hands to build new countryside", he has supported 30 pots of bougainvillea worth 30 million VND, 4 pieces of sports equipment worth 11 million VND to create a green, clean and beautiful landscape at Giang Xa Temple, the village cultural house and Muc Bai Lake; together with the Giang Xa Market Management Board, poured gravel on a 500m2 road in front of the gate of the Health Station and Hoa Sen Kindergarten, Giang Xa village worth 70 million VND (he personally supported 30 million VND). In the movement "All people protect national security", he supported 5 million VND to buy tools for fire prevention and fighting in the locality.

Ms. Do Thi Hue (Hamlet 6, Ba Trai Commune, Ba Vi District) with the spirit of mutual love and support "the rich help the poor", she actively participates in humanitarian and charitable activities for the community in the locality and other provinces and cities. On the occasion of War Invalids and Martyrs Day, July 27, 2023 and Lunar New Year 2024, she presented 160 gifts worth 100 million VND to families of policy beneficiaries, families with difficult circumstances, and people with disabilities in the area.

In addition, from 2020 to 2023, she and her family, friends and kind-hearted individuals will carry out humanitarian and charity programs in the provinces of Thanh Hoa, Yen Bai, Ha Giang... On the occasions of War Invalids and Martyrs Day and Lunar New Year, each year 300 gifts worth 150 million VND are presented to policy families and families in difficult circumstances.
