Ha Long Summer Carnival 2024, chaired by Ha Long City People's Committee, is expected to be held on the occasion of April 30 holiday at Ocean Park beach (Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long City). Thereby, it promises to bring unforgettable emotions and impressions to visitors about the heritage city in particular and Quang Ninh province in general.
Ha Long Summer Carnival 2024 is a key event among 48 programs, events, cultural, sports and tourism activities that Quang Ninh province plans to organize in the second quarter of 2024. According to the Plan of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province, in 2024, the province plans to organize 186 programs, events, and tourism stimulus activities, including: 26 programs, events, and activities at international, national, and provincial levels; 160 programs, events, and activities at local levels. Thereby, contributing to realizing the goal of welcoming 17 million tourists to Quang Ninh in 2024.
