At the Conference, Lam Ha District Labor Federation approved the decision to receive 8 grassroots trade unions with 639 union members transferred from the Education Sector Trade Union, Agriculture and Rural Development Sector Trade Union, and Health Sector Trade Union.

Along with that, the District Labor Federation approved the decision to dissolve 6 grassroots unions and terminate the activities of the Executive Committee of the Labor Union of the following Departments: Internal Affairs; Economy - Infrastructure; Culture - Information; Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; Agriculture and Rural Development; Natural Resources - Environment.

At the same time, establish 4 grassroots trade unions, appoint the Executive Committees of the grassroots trade unions of the Departments: Internal Affairs; Culture, Science and Information; Agriculture and Environment; Economy - Infrastructure and Urban Areas under the Lam Ha District Labor Federation.

Comrade Le Tau - Chairman of Lam Ha District Labor Federation said that transferring the grassroots trade unions under the management of the district Labor Federation will facilitate the management of union members and timely implementation of tasks; creating more favorable conditions for units to participate in trade union activities and emulation movements of the same profession or locality.

The Chairman of Lam Ha District Labor Federation requested the Executive Board of 8 grassroots unions to overcome difficulties, stabilize and operate effectively, and implement action plans in accordance with the Charter of Vietnam Trade Union. Thereby, continuing to promote the spirit of solidarity, proactiveness, creativity, mobilizing all cadres, workers, civil servants and employees to perform well the function of caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and employees, promoting emulation movements of the unit, contributing to the overall development of the Trade Union organization.
