While driving the bus, a Transerco employee discovered a person involved in a traffic accident on the road and promptly took him to the hospital for emergency treatment.
This morning (February 2), the 5th day of the Lunar New Year, at 7:30 a.m., bus route 101B, license plate 29B-209.68 was traveling on the road when a person was discovered to have had a traffic accident.
Immediately, driver Nguyen Van Nam and bus attendant Pham Van Manh asked permission from the management unit, Tan Dat Center (under Hanoi Transport Corporation - Transerco) and the passengers on the bus, to quickly take the victim to the hospital for emergency treatment.
People involved in traffic accidents were taken to the emergency room by bus staff in time.
The actions of Mr. Nam and Mr. Manh on bus route 101B demonstrate professionalism, dedication, humanity and sympathy for people who unfortunately had accidents on the road, leaving many good impressions on passengers.
