Since the beginning of the year, Nguyen Du Relic Site (Nghi Xuan, Ha Tinh) has welcomed 13,848 visitors, double the number compared to the same period in 2019 - the time before the COVID-19 pandemic.
A group of students from Nghe An province visited Nguyen Du relic site in March 2023.
According to the report of the Management Board of Nguyen Du Relic Site, out of the total 13,848 visitors since the beginning of the year, 80% of visitors come from other provinces. Some provinces and cities have many groups of visitors such as: Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Nghe An, Ho Chi Minh City...
Along with domestic visitors, Nguyen Du Relic Site has also welcomed many international delegations such as: delegations from the embassies of Laos, India, Thailand; delegations from Canada, Japan, America...
A group of out-of-province tourists visited Nguyen Du Relic Site on April 7, 2023.
Although the number of visitors is large, at times the relic site welcomes 1,000 visitors per day, thanks to good preparation of conditions to welcome visitors, there is no overload.
In particular, along with tasks such as environmental sanitation, landscape, maintenance of artifacts, antiques..., the team of tour guides at Nguyen Du Relic Site is always ready to serve, helping visitors understand more deeply the values of Nguyen Du's cultural heritage and The Tale of Kieu.
Mr. Bo Tan Thanh - Head of the tourist group from Ho Chi Minh City visited Nguyen Du relic site on April 7, 2023.
Having led many groups of tourists to visit Nguyen Du Relic Site, I have found the reception of the Management Board to be always attentive. Especially with the clean landscape and environment, the tour guides are very enthusiastic.
Unlike many tourist attractions that charge fees, services at Nguyen Du Relic Site such as entrance, tour guide, etc. are currently completely free, which is a meaningful thing to do. However, this is a special national relic site with great cultural and historical value, so the conservation work will be very costly. In my opinion, instead of charging fees, the government and the Relic Site Management Board should offer reasonable contributions so that visitors can join hands to preserve and promote the value of the relic.
