On February 19, the Investigation Police Agency of Bo Trach District Police (Quang Binh) announced that the unit had decided to prosecute the case and prosecute the defendant Le Van Dinh (53 years old, Nam Trach Commune, Bo Trach District) for the act of resisting a person on duty.

Previously, on February 7, a working group of the Traffic Police Team of Bo Trach District Police patrolled and controlled the inter-village road in Sao Sa village (Nam Trach commune) and discovered Mr. Dinh driving a motorbike without a license plate or rearview mirror.
The task force asked Mr. Dinh to present his driver's license and take a breathalyzer test. However, Mr. Dinh did not present his license and did not comply with the breathalyzer test.
After being reminded many times, Mr. Dinh still did not comply but cursed , insulted, and hit the police officers with his hands. The task force restrained him but Mr. Dinh continued to curse and insult.
Bo Trach District Police have drawn up a record and issued a decision to prosecute the case and prosecute Le Van Dinh for resisting a person on official duty.
