Mandarin Oriental Danang Beach Villa Project Commencement

DNO - On March 20, The Nam Khang Joint Stock Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Mandarin Oriental Da Nang beach villa project (Truong Sa Street, Hoa Hai Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District).

Attending were Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Ho Ky Minh and Vice Chairman of the City People's Council Nguyen Thi Anh Thi.

Mandarin Oriental Danang Beach Villas project is invested and developed by The Nam Khang Joint Stock Company; managed and operated by Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, with a total estimated investment of VND 2,624 billion.

The project has a land area of ​​17.2 hectares including a complex of villas for sale, rent and resort tourism services and 2 43-storey apartment blocks with 988 apartments.

Speaking at the project groundbreaking ceremony, Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Ho Ky Minh emphasized that according to Resolution No. 43-NQ/TW dated January 24, 2019 of the Politburo on the construction and development of Da Nang city to 2030, with a vision to 2045, tourism and high-quality services associated with resort real estate are identified as one of the 5 key priority areas for development of the city.

Along with public investment resources, the City People's Committee has issued many mechanisms and policies to support tourism development, in which priority is given to attracting many strategic investors to build new complex service areas, large-scale resort tourism projects with a diverse, classy, ​​different and creative tourism product system towards the vision that by 2050, Da Nang will become one of the centers of high-class, creative, ecological and marine resort tourism and organize international conferences, events and festivals.

The project's groundbreaking is considered a bright spot, a positive signal promoting the launch of other resort tourism projects in the city in 2024.

In addition, we also acknowledge the active support of departments, branches, sectors and localities in accompanying and creating favorable conditions to help investors complete legal procedures on land, investment, construction and environment to start the project", the Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee emphasized.

At the same time, it is recommended that The Nam Khang Joint Stock Company focus maximum resources on finance, human resources, equipment and machinery to implement the project; strictly comply with regulations on land use planning, construction investment, environmental protection and relevant legal regulations.

Supervision consultants and construction contractors strictly comply with construction standards and regulations, ensuring quality, construction safety, labor safety and environmental sanitation.

Departments, branches, sectors, and the People's Committee of Ngu Hanh Son district regularly coordinate closely and promptly resolve arising problems to create the most favorable conditions for investors to implement the project on schedule, soon complete the project and put it into effective exploitation and use.
