The Cultural Tourism Area Project and the 9-storey waterfall project at the Tomb of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan, part of the special national relic site of President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Site, were approved by the People's Committee of Nghe An province in principle for investment with the goal of building an ecological tourism and commercial service area as a satellite to support and promote the value of this special national relic.
The project is deployed on an area of over 43 hectares, including: parking lot, trees, services and landscape trees; commercial service area; cultural center; tourist service area; experimental area, agricultural conservation, public traffic... with a total investment of over 1,735 billion VND.

The investor also proposed and was approved by the People's Committee of Nghe An province as the sponsor, completing the idea, design plan and investing in the construction of a 9-storey waterfall at the tomb of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan.
The project is being implemented on the basis of renovating and restoring the existing natural stream, promising to become a highlight of the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Area.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Trung, Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee said: "The cultural tourism area and the 9-storey waterfall will become symbolic cultural works, commensurate with the value of Ho Chi Minh's ideology and culture in his homeland, contributing to creating and promoting good cultural values and bringing benefits to the community, making a positive contribution to the economic and social development of the province".
Representing the investor, Mr. Do Quang Hien, Chairman of the Strategy Committee of T&T Group, shared: "We realize that not everyone is lucky or honored to be assigned this sacred mission. Therefore, we are willing to devote our hearts and minds, focusing all our resources, passion, and intelligence to carry it out."

Kim Lien relic site (Kim Lien commune, Nam Dan, Nghe An) was established in 1956, is a place to preserve priceless relics about President Ho Chi Minh's hometown, family, and childhood, and marks profound memories of his two visits to his hometown.
After 67 years of formation, going through many difficult periods of war, up to now, the special national relic of President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Site in Nghe An has become a meaningful historical - cultural - tourist relic complex, and is one of the four especially important relics of the whole country about President Ho Chi Minh.
On November 27, 2020, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 1943/QD-TTg officially approving the Plan for conservation, restoration and promotion of the value of the special national relic of President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Site in Kim Lien, Nam Dan District, Nghe An.
The planning goal is to build this place into a place to educate revolutionary patriotism, honor the life and revolutionary career of Uncle Ho; an attractive cultural and historical tourist complex associated with the typical characteristics of Nam Dan land and Nghe An province.
Accordingly, the entire relic site (area of 287.86 hectares) is planned to become a memorial site for famous people, a place to welcome generations of Vietnamese and foreigners to visit the homeland of President Ho Chi Minh and learn about his childhood memories; at the same time, it is a historical - cultural tourist area of national and international significance, a cultural - festival center, a space to experience the unique traditional culture of the North Central region of Vietnam.
