At around 3:00 p.m. on March 13, while people were attending a funeral at a house in Nghi An commune (Vinh city, Nghe An province), they were shocked to see a 5-seat Kia Cerato car (driver's identity unknown) lose control and crash into a house.

At that time, the car was traveling on National Highway 46 from Vinh City to Cua Lo Beach. When it reached Nghi An Commune, it lost control and crashed into a residential yard. The car then hit 7 motorbikes parked in front of residential yards on the right side of the road. The car continued for a few meters and stopped in front of an electric pole.

The accident happened while the homeowner was holding a funeral for a relative inside. The motorbikes damaged by the car belonged to relatives and friends who were attending the funeral.

Upon receiving the news, Nghi An Commune Police dispatched a tow truck to lift the damaged vehicle and clear the scene.

At the scene, 7 motorbikes were badly damaged. Some were deformed after being run over by a car. The Kia Cerato had damage to the front and body, broken lights, cracked glass. Debris from the vehicle was scattered dozens of meters away.

Currently, the car driver is working with the police and motorbike owners to negotiate a compensation plan.
