(Dan Tri) - In order to facilitate people, from March 17, Ho Chi Minh City officially has 22 more points to receive applications for issuing and exchanging driving licenses.
On March 15, a representative of the Traffic Police Department (PC08) of Ho Chi Minh City Police said that as of March 14, PC08 had received more than 6,800 applications for direct issuance and exchange of driver's licenses and more than 2,500 applications for online registration.
To facilitate people, from March 17, Ho Chi Minh City Police will officially start issuing and exchanging driver's licenses at police headquarters in 17 wards of districts, Thu Duc City and 5 central communes and towns of Binh Chanh, Can Gio, Cu Chi, Hoc Mon, and Nha Be districts.

Previously, PC08 completed training on issuing and exchanging driving licenses for commune-level police on March 14.
To date, Ho Chi Minh City has 25 points for receiving applications for issuing and exchanging driving licenses, including the 22 points mentioned above and 3 points at 252 Ly Chinh Thang, Ward 9, District 3; 8 Nguyen Anh Thu, Trung My Tay Ward, District 12, and 111 Tan Son Nhi, Tan Son Nhi Ward, Tan Phu District. Working hours are from Monday to Friday (morning: 7:30-11:30, afternoon: 13:30-17:00) and Saturday (7:30-11:30).
People who need to issue or change a driver's license can submit their application via the National Public Service Portal or go to the above-mentioned locations for processing.
