Thanks to that, he was motivated to livestream and make videos, although at first it was a bit "awkward", but gradually he got used to it and the clips became more and more "smooth".

"Not only the high number of views but also the large number of orders have created a "mood" (inspiration) for me to create more ways to livestream and make more attractive videos" - the owner of the Hong Kong Grocery Channel 1968 said.

Since the end of 2023, Hung Anh has been on the path to becoming a professional content creator. In addition to selling for his own brand, he also sells for other brands, helping Hung Anh earn a much better income than his previous salaried job.

In addition, the business owners are the ones who understand the product best, so they are suitable to be the image representatives.

"In case the business owner cannot be the main actor, the shareholder or the business owner's family member should be the image representative. Because cooperation with outsiders often leads to a situation where when that person is "fully grown", he will leave, causing great damage to the company.

"We should avoid focusing on building a personal image for one person, but build a team of 3-4 people so that we are not passive, when someone leaves, there will be someone to replace them" - Mr. Tan recommended.
