Kem Waterfall, also known as Khe Kem, is located in Luc Da Commune, Con Cuong District (Nghe An). Located in the core area of Pu Mat National Park, surrounded by cool green forests, Kem Waterfall is a favorite destination for locals and tourists on hot summer days.

From Vinh city, follow Highway 7 to Con Cuong town, go another 25km, visitors will reach this pristine tourist destination. Entrance fee is 10,000 VND for children, 30,000 VND for adults, visitors can choose to walk about 1km on the flat asphalt road shaded by green trees or travel by electric car with a ticket price of 20,000 VND/trip to the foot of the waterfall.

Kem Waterfall, also known as Bo Bo, means "white silk strip" in the Thai language. The waterfall is about 500m high, with an 80-degree slope. The cool, pure water flows down from the top of the mountain, creating white foam like a white silk strip floating in the middle of the wild, majestic mountains and forests.

Surrounded by the rich, pristine flora of Pu Mat National Park, the waterfall area in the summer has a temperature below 30 degrees Celsius, much lower than the outside temperature. At the foot of the waterfall is a fairly calm lake with clear blue water. Therefore, many families come here to cool off. If you like to experience the refreshing feeling of the water pouring over your head and body, visitors can choose to bathe right under the waterfall...

The waterfall is divided into many steps according to each rock outcrop, creating many levels of water flow. Looking up from below, visitors only see a pure white color of foaming water droplets, falling from above.

Mr. Le Trung Kien, a tourist from Dak Lak province, was excited when his friends took him to Kem waterfall to play: "The Central Highlands also has many waterfalls, but the waterfall here is still wonderful, full of oxygen, fresh air, cool streams...". On a 45-day journey across Vietnam, through the introduction of an acquaintance, Mr. Nguyen Van Hieu (from Dong Nai) and his wife went to Kem waterfall to experience it. "Wild beauty, cool climate, lots of trees, clear water and a very beautiful waterfall", the tourist commented.

The April 30-May 1 holiday lasts for many days, and the temperature in Nghe An is forecast to be at its highest at 39-41 degrees Celsius. Therefore, the open space, fresh air, cool water, and cool temperature of Khe Kem are attractive choices for souls in need of "healing".

At the foot of the waterfall, there are many small, clear pools of water where you can see every pebble and small fish swimming around. When visitors step into the water, the fish come to nibble like professional masseuses, dispelling the fatigue of the hot summer days.
