Me Linh district postpones auction of 32 land plots

Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company has just announced a change in the time of organizing the auction of land use rights for land plots in Bach Da village, Kim Hoa commune, Me Linh district, Hanoi (phase 6).

According to the announcement, the auction will be held at 2:00 p.m. on September 18, at the expected location at the Hall of the Me Linh District Cultural, Information and Sports Center. Previously, the auction was announced to be held on September 12.

This auction has a total of 32 plots of land up for auction, with an area of ​​about 73.5-187.5 m2/plot, starting price ranging from 21.7-32.8 million VND/m2. The lowest deposit for a plot of land is over 405 million VND, the highest is over 1.2 billion VND.

For customers who have paid the deposit to participate in the auction, the application will be reserved until the date of condition review. For customers who have not paid the deposit to participate in the auction, the submission time is calculated until the afternoon of September 16.

Recently, Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company announced the temporary suspension of the auction of land use rights for 57 plots of land in Dam area, Muc Xa village, Cao Duong commune, Thanh Oai district, Hanoi (phase 1). The reason is that Thanh Oai district People's Committee issued Official Letter No. 2421 on the temporary suspension of the auction of land use rights for 114 plots of land in Cao Duong commune.

Specifically, the land plots range in area from 74.63m2 to 134.69m2, with a starting price of VND8.8 million/m2, equivalent to VND660 million to nearly VND1.2 billion/plot. Therefore, customers participating in the land auction must pay a deposit of 20%, equivalent to VND131.3 to VND237 million.

Previously, the National Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 announced the temporary suspension of land use rights auctions for 27 plots of land in the following areas: Ha Khau copper area, Dong Danh - Dong Coc area, Dong Bo - Dong Chuc - Cua Cau - Dong Men area; Chua Sau area and Duoc area in three wards, including: Phu Luong, Yen Nghia and Duong Noi, Ha Dong district (Hanoi) on September 7.

The unit said that the suspension of the auction was carried out at the request of the Ha Dong District Construction Investment Project Management Board. The organization of the auction will be carried out in accordance with regulations immediately after the decision of the competent authority.

The auctioned lots have an area of ​​48-72 m2, starting price 22.7-32.2 million VND/m2. Deposit for each lot ranges from over 200 to 400 million VND.

At the end of August, Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company also announced the suspension of the auction on August 26 for 20 plots of land LK01, LK02 and the auction on September 9 for 32 plots of land LK05, LK06 belonging to the Technical Infrastructure Project for auctioning land use rights in Tien Yen commune - Long Khuc field, Hoai Duc district, Hanoi. The starting price of 52 plots of land is 7.3 million VND/m2.
