Dan Phuong district stops auctioning 52 land lots for review

On September 23, National Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 issued Notice 2463 to temporarily suspend the auction of 26 land plots in Dong Say - Tram Sau area (phase 2), Phung town, Dan Phuong district (Hanoi). This suspension is at the request of Dan Phuong district People's Committee to review the auction work according to current regulations (Land Law 2024).

Customers who have registered to participate and paid a deposit and purchased auction documents will receive a refund. The auction will be reorganized after the decision and proposal of the People's Committee of Dan Phuong district.

According to the original plan, the auction will take place on the morning of September 30. The plots of land range in area from 55m2 to 99m2, with starting prices from 14 million VND/m2. Deposits range from nearly 193 million to more than 278 million VND/plot.

The auction will be conducted in the form of direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction and a minimum of 5 mandatory rounds. The direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction will end when no one participates in bidding. The method of organization is to auction each lot according to the method of bidding up.

Previously, on September 18, this unit also announced the temporary suspension of auctioning 26 land plots in Trung Vo area, Tan Hoi commune, Dan Phuong district for the same reason.

The plots of land range in size from 75m2 to 102.2m2, with a starting price of 13.1 million VND per m2. The deposit to participate in the auction ranges from 196 million to nearly 268 million VND per plot. This auction must go through at least 6 mandatory rounds, with a price step of 12 million VND per m2. The live voting at the auction ends when no one bids.

Previously, at the end of July, the district organized an auction of 85 land plots, including 2 plots in Dong Say - Tram Sau area (phase 3), starting price of 42 million VND/m2; 67 plots in Truc Duong N1 area, Ha Mo commune, starting price from 40 million VND/m2 to 51 million VND/m2; 16 plots in De Nhi area, Phuong Dinh commune (phase 2), starting price from 35 to 41 million VND/m2.

The total number of documents participating in the above auction was up to 1,252 sets. Notably, at the end of the auction, the highest winning bid was up to 99.2 million VND/m2, a significant increase compared to the starting price.
