Located in Bac Dong Phu Industrial Park, the paper-impregnated laminated wood flooring factory invested by Silversea New Material (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. with a total investment of more than 15 million USD will be completed and put into operation from August 2023. During the investment implementation phase, the company focuses on equipping modern equipment and machinery for production to ensure sustainable business efficiency. General Director of the Company Wang Xiao Jun said: “In order to fulfill the commitment, the company has invested in technology produced by the Federal Republic of Germany, including cutting, painting, packaging, boilers, automatic and multi-functional equipment to reduce power consumption. The closed chain produces 5 million square meters of low-carbon composite flooring, building materials and household products each year. In addition, the company also reserves land to plant trees around the factory to create a harmonious space.”

Thanks to its “fate” with foreign-invested enterprises (FDI), Bac Dong Phu Industrial Park Joint Stock Company has so far attracted 112 enterprises to invest in construction and operations in the Nam and Bac Dong Phu Industrial Parks. The industrial land area for lease has been 100% filled and the company is completing legal procedures to expand the Industrial Park into phase 2.

Excited that the Prime Minister has approved the plan to expand the industrial park area, General Director of Bac Dong Phu Industrial Park Joint Stock Company Pham Phi Dieu said: “With a total area of phase 2 of the industrial park of nearly 800 hectares, right from the planning and project implementation stages, the company is aiming for a green and smart industrial park. In particular, we will reserve the maximum area to develop green areas and prioritize and encourage businesses and secondary investors to operate in low-pollution industries, low-carbon emission industries and use circular energy sources... We expect that from the increased area of the industrial park, we will attract investment to create many new jobs, promote socio-economic development as well as increase budget revenue for the province”.
