The working delegation included representatives of leaders of a number of departments, branches and enterprises.

Tamil Nadu is the 11th largest state in India in terms of area and the 6th in population, with the 2nd largest economy in the country with potentials and advantages similar to Gia Lai province such as high-tech agriculture, processing industry, renewable energy... This is also a locality with many natural resources, historical and religious architectural works, multi-religious pilgrimage sites, and world heritage sites.
