Meeting of advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee

Over the past time, the advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee have promoted the sense of responsibility, been active and proactive in advisory work, basically completed the assigned tasks, contributing to helping the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee improve their leadership and direction in implementing tasks, programs, and plans. Party building, political and ideological education have been strengthened. The Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws have been seriously deployed and implemented. Party organizations have promoted their leadership role, improving the quality of Party cell activities. Inspection and supervision work, especially focusing on sensitive sectors and fields that are prone to negativity, has been strengthened. Mass mobilization work has been focused on; the role of the Front and mass organizations has been increasingly promoted. In particular, Party committees at all levels have been proactive and focused on preparing for Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.

Based on the opinions of the delegates attending the meeting, in his concluding remarks, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the advisory and support agencies to continue to promote the sense of responsibility, overcome difficulties and limitations, and strengthen coordination to successfully complete the assigned political tasks in 2024. At the same time, continue to review and prepare proposed tasks to be included in the resolutions and work programs for 2025 of the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; determine the list of tasks of agencies and units to submit to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for comments as a basis for implementation. Improve the quality of advisory documents and issued documents; regularly monitor and inspect the implementation of issued documents; pay attention to reflecting new work, good and effective models in each field, as a basis for propaganda and replication.

The Provincial Party Committee's Steering Committees should improve their operational efficiency; forecast and promptly grasp the situation to proactively report and advise on key issues and tasks so that the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee can give timely direction and solutions. Regarding the preparation for the organization of party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, it is recommended that party committees focus on completing tasks according to their functions and tasks. In particular, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department should have a plan, proactively guide and coordinate with relevant agencies to advise on propaganda work; guide press and radio agencies to develop plans and increase the amount of information about party congresses at all levels right from the preparation work for grassroots congresses to ensure scientific and quality. The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee should proactively review personnel to advise on congress personnel work to ensure compliance with procedures, regulations, and structural orientations. Prepare for year-end review work. The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission focuses on reviewing and proactively preparing documents to resolve complaints, denunciations, and reflections related to the work of cadres and party members, especially those related to congress personnel. The Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Commission coordinates with relevant agencies to proactively grasp the situation and advise on ensuring political security and social order and safety. The Provincial Party Committee Office has a plan and assigns specific staff units to effectively implement the editing of documents for the Provincial Party Congress, the inspection of preparations for congresses at all levels in localities; and develops a logistics plan to serve the Provincial Party Congress to ensure safety and thoughtfulness.
