DDCI is a set of indexes to assess the competitiveness of provincial departments, branches, and sectors and district, town, and city People's Committees. DDCI Ha Tinh will be implemented from 2021 to promote the role and responsibility of provincial departments, branches, sectors, and district People's Committees to promote the improvement of the business environment and enhance the provincial competitiveness index (PCI).
2023 is the second year that Ha Tinh has conducted the DDCI survey. The DDCI index has 8 component indexes for departments, agencies and sectors including: Transparency and access to information; Dynamism and effectiveness; Time costs; Informal costs; Fair competition; Business support; Legal institutions and security and order; Role of the head. For the district-level People's Committee block, in addition to the 8 similar indicators above, a 9th indicator is added, which is Access to Land. |
