On the morning of November 4, in Ha Long City, the Department of Finance coordinated with the Department of Public Asset Management (Ministry of Finance) to organize a training conference to implement Decree No. 114/2024/ND-CP of the Government on amending and supplementing Decree No. 151 /ND-CP detailing a number of articles of the Law on Management and Use of Public Assets . Attending the conference were 450 delegates who were leaders, officials, civil servants, and accountants of departments, branches, sectors, and localities in the province.

At the conference, delegates listened to representatives of the Department of Public Asset Management disseminate the contents of Decree No. 114/2024/ND-CP, including regulations on monitoring and inspecting the process of exploiting public assets, especially in leasing, joint ventures, and associations; procedures for transferring public assets; new points on regulations related to pricing plans and payment methods when using public assets...

Attending the conference, delegates also had some difficulties and problems regarding procedures in handling public assets clarified; and were given specific instructions on conditions and limitations in exploitation, to ensure that public assets are used effectively, for the right purposes and without waste.
Training conference The new regulations in Decree No. 114/2024/ND-CP are the key and important tasks of Quang Ninh province in the fourth quarter of 2024. Thereby contributing to improving the efficiency of management, use, exploitation and promotion of public assets, strengthening thrift practice, combating waste, controlling power, preventing corruption and negativity in management and use of public finance and assets according to Regulation No. 189-QD/TW dated October 8, 2024 of the Party Central Committee.
