BHG - On the morning of April 15, the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission (CMC) coordinated with the Central Public Security Party Committee to organize the April 2025 National Reporter Conference online to the Public Security bridge points of provinces and cities across the country. Comrade Lai Xuan Mon, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission and Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Public Security chaired the conference. At the provincial bridge point, there were leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; leaders of the Provincial Public Security; representatives of departments and branches attending the conference.

At the conference, Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To, Deputy Secretary of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Public Security, highlighted the tradition of the Public Security force, aiming to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People's Public Security (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the 20th anniversary of the "All People Protect National Security" Festival (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2025). Over the past years, promoting the glorious tradition, the People's Public Security force has strived to train steadfast political will, tighten discipline, and strictly implement the 6 teachings of Uncle Ho to the People's Public Security. At the same time, joining hands and unanimously overcoming all difficulties and challenges; closely and effectively coordinating with all levels and sectors, closely attached to the people, firmly protecting security, order and social safety; determined to build a truly clean, strong, elite, modern People's Public Security force to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation.

The delegates also watched a documentary about the tradition of the People's Public Security and the tradition of the Vietnam People's Navy. At the same time, they were informed and thoroughly understood about two topics: The history of the establishment, combat, and growth of the People's Public Security force over the past 80 years and the 20th anniversary of the "All People Protecting National Security" Festival along with commemorative activities; the recent situation of the sea and islands, and Vietnam's policies and solutions in the coming time.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Lai Xuan Mon requested: Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commissions of Provincial Party Committees, City Party Committees, Party Committees directly under the Central Committee, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and reporters at all levels to focus on widely and strongly propagating major holidays and important historical events in April, especially activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025). Along with that, propagandize the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW of the 12th Party Central Committee on a number of issues on continuing to innovate and streamline the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently. In addition, timely, complete and prominent propaganda of the Party and State's guidelines, policies and strategies on international integration contributes to raising awareness and strengthening trust among cadres, party members, business community, entrepreneurs and investors, creating motivation to promote socio-economic development.

After the conference, Ha Giang Provincial Police held a launching ceremony for a special political activity to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the People's Police's Traditional Day and the 20th anniversary of the "All People Protect National Security" Festival.
