The conference discussed five topics, including: Results of the implementation of Resolution No. 18 of the 6th Conference of the 12th Party Central Committee; some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently; conclusions of the Central Committee on the arrangement and merger of administrative units; some new regulations on implementing Party discipline on population policy; Regulation No. 231 of the Politburo on protecting those fighting against corruption, waste and negativity.

In addition, delegates were also informed about the results of social security work, the results of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the period of 2021 - 2025 in Cao Bang city; the results of inspection, supervision and Party discipline enforcement in 2024, the first quarter of 2025.
