This afternoon, June 15, at the Quang Tri Provincial Multi-purpose Gymnasium, the 4 best men's and women's teams of the 2024 National Youth Indoor Volleyball Championship entered the finals of the men's and women's professional volleyball events. These are considered "classic" matches of Vietnamese youth volleyball. After the end of the 2 finals, the Organizing Committee of the tournament held a summary and awarded prizes to the teams with high achievements.

Previously, on the afternoon and evening of June 14, the 4 semi-final matches in the men's and women's volleyball events took place in an exciting, attractive, fierce and dramatic manner. With the desire to demonstrate their abilities and achieve high achievements, the young athletes competed with all their might, creating eye-catching and emotional matches, including dramatic matches with spectacular comebacks to win the final victory.

In the first semi-final match between the two women's teams: Vietinbank and Kinh Bac Bac Ninh, the match was exciting right from the first set. The girls of Kinh Bac Bac Ninh made great efforts against the strong candidate for the championship of the women's volleyball event Vietinbank and gained the first advantage in terms of score 25-20.

However, with reasonable tactical adjustments, great encouragement and motivation from the coach, Vietinbank athletes played brilliantly, winning convincingly in the next 3 sets, thereby winning the final match with a score of 3-1 after 4 sets, entering the final match.

In the second semi-final, the two women's teams Long An and the Information Corps created a fierce and dramatic match in terms of score chasing; after 4 sets, both teams tied with a score of 2-2.

In the 5th set, which was decisive for the ticket to the final, the young girls of Long An team followed the coaching staff's tactics well, persistently using each effective move to put the opponent in a chasing position and ending with unstoppable shots.

Once again, fans saw that Long An's spirit of solidarity, confidence and discipline in competition through the ages was still maintained by the young generation with a convincing victory with a score of 15-12, thereby winning the final score of 3-2 through 5 sets, continuing the journey to conquer the championship.

In the men's semi-finals, the first name to have a ticket to the final match was Khanh Hoa team. Despite being affected mentally in an unavoidable way, the Khanh Hoa boys had a thrilling victory over the Border Guard team with a final score of 3-2 after 5 sets. The Tan Cang The Cong team excellently defeated the Hanoi team with a score of 3-0 after 3 sets in the second semi-final to advance straight to the final, ready to defend the throne.

The final matches of men's and women's volleyball took place this afternoon, June 15, in which the women's final was between Vietinbank and Long An; the men's final was between The Cong Tan Cang and Khanh Hoa.

These are considered the two most important matches of the 2024 season, bringing a beautiful ending to the successful and impressive 2024 National Youth Indoor Volleyball Championship in Quang Tri.
