According to Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Trieu Van Cuong, the training of doctoral and master's degrees at the National Academy of Public Administration has many special features, because many of the Academy's students are officials, civil servants, and public employees who want to improve their specialized knowledge to perform public duties, perform tasks with higher quality, and improve the depth of knowledge in staff work, leadership, and management.
"Therefore, the training of doctoral and master's degrees of the Academy in this aspect contributes to creating resources and improving the quality of human resources for the civil service and the political system in the long term" - the Deputy Minister emphasized.

Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Ba Chien said that in the recent period, the National Academy of Public Administration has promptly kept pace with the great changes in organization and operation, achieving important milestones in postgraduate training. That is the focus on training quality, standards, dedication, responsibility, and professionalism of the teaching staff and management staff in the training process.
“With doctoral training - the highest level of the national education system and master's training - the training level to contribute to building and forming a team of scientists, the National Academy of Public Administration is always aware of the need to care for and pay the highest and most complete attention” - the Director of the National Academy of Public Administration affirmed and added that the Academy organizes doctoral and master's training with the principle of "taking the development of people's capacity as a measure, taking the quality of training as a goal to strive for, taking the teaching staff as a driving force, taking program innovation as the foundation and taking standards in management as a consistent orientation".
