Study Multimedia in public or private schools?

I have researched some schools in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi but I don't know which school has better training in this field.

I am a 12th grade student in Ho Chi Minh City, planning to major in Multimedia Communications. I have briefly researched information about majors at schools such as the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (USSH) in Ho Chi Minh City, the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT), Thang Long University, Hanoi, but I am confused about which school to choose.

Will public or private schools train this subject better? I hope everyone can help me.
