Mr. Tung visited Mrs. Truc when he heard that she had fallen off her bike without telling him. The two longtime friends talked, and Mr. Tung realized that Mrs. Truc had a lot on her mind, so he encouraged her to share it to ease her mind.
Meanwhile, Khang and Thuan discussed Khang's troubles, but he did not elaborate, only reassuring his wife and telling her to worry about the child. When Khang left, Thuan broke down and confided in her brother Hieu, who advised her to be strong and promised to help.
Hieu and Thuan took their daughter Phuong to see a psychologist. The doctor said Phuong's condition was not serious but she needed proper care. Thuan realized he had pushed his daughter too hard and was determined to change to help her recover mentally.
As for Khang, he tried to calmly encourage his friend when both of them were at risk of losing money because of a troubled business project. He believed that the law would clarify the matter.
