Mr. Masatada Ishii lives in a luxury apartment. Fortunately, this coach escaped. On his personal page, the Thai coach recalled the dangerous minutes: "When everything started shaking, I thought it would stop quickly. But the shaking continued. Feeling something was wrong, I packed my things and ran down from the 15th floor. Now I'm safe but still feel shaky. Thank you everyone for your concern," said Coach Ishii.

The match between Ratchaburi (photo) and Prachuap on the evening of March 28 still took place, players from both teams held a memorial service for the earthquake victims.

In fact, facing an earthquake is not an unfamiliar experience for this military leader because he was born and raised in Japan, one of the places with the most earthquakes in the world. But when he came to Thailand, where strong earthquakes rarely occur, Masatada Ishii still felt surprised.

Currently, according to Thai media, Coach Ishii has been evacuated to a safe location in case of another earthquake. The capital Bangkok is still in a state of congestion with many activities. This area is considered a "disaster zone".

Several sporting events in Thailand have been postponed. Many athletes training for the 33rd SEA Games have also left their training grounds.

Coach Kiatisuk, who used to lead HAGL and the Thai national team, also shared that his house was shaken strongly. "This is the first time in my life that I have seen Bangkok shake because of an earthquake. We were on the 16th floor and had to escape quickly by stairs. I am still in shock. I hope everyone is safe."

As for the Thai national championship, the organizing committee has not announced a postponement. The match between Ratchaburi and Prachuap on the evening of March 28 will still take place as scheduled. Meanwhile, the series of matches on Saturday and Sunday evenings are on hold.
