After Circular 29 regulating extra teaching and learning took effect from February 14, the Ministry of Education and Training established an inspection team to conduct direct inspections in 6 provinces/cities.

However, besides some localities that have seriously implemented, there are still some localities that have not seriously implemented the regulations on the time to report on the implementation of Circular No. 29.

To continue strengthening state management of education and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of management, the Ministry of Education and Training requests that the People's Committees of provinces and cities continue to synchronously and resolutely carry out tasks and take full responsibility for the enrollment of junior high and high schools and the management of extra teaching and learning activities in the area as required by the Prime Minister.

The Ministry of Education and Training requests that the People's Committees of provinces and cities continue to pay attention to and strengthen the direction of the implementation of development contents, and promptly report to the Ministry any problems and difficulties in the implementation process.
