No salary for the people of the North

However, for nearly 4 hours, 11 singers: Minh Kha, Kieu Oanh, Le Hieu, Thuy Dung, Lan Nha, Nguyen Ha, Quang Ha, Ha Nhi, Myra Tran, Trung Quan, Duc Tuan "burned" themselves out on stage.

Singer Quang Ha asked the organizers to let him hold the donation box and sing while asking the audience for more support.

Quang Ha said: "My health is not good today, can you recognize my voice differently? I have had a cold for the past few days. But for the sake of my fellow countrymen in the North, where my homeland is, I am determined to come here with all my efforts, love, and sing with all my heart."

He sincerely shared: "I am not shy or embarrassed when holding the donation box. Every extra coin is a little more money for the people in the North to overcome the consequences."

Singing 4 or 5 of his hits in one go, Quang Ha said he no longer felt tired or sick.

During the show, young singer Kieu Oanh, before saying goodbye to the audience, also donated an additional 5 million VND to the program.

Singer Ha Nhi shared: "I see positive energy around the auditorium. The audience not only comes to listen to music but also spreads positive things."

"The money tonight will go to the right person"

Mr. Ha Thanh Phuc - owner of Ben Thanh tea room - decided to organize a music program for the people of the North in just 4 days.

This action is considered "very meaningful and urgent" and received support from many singers and audiences.

Singer Duc Tuan ended the show when the clock showed nearly 11:30 p.m.

It was late at night but he was still very energetic. He started with the song Impossible and Possible by musician Pho Duc Phuong, the song that brought him first prize in the Television Singing Contest and a ticket to become a singer.

Duc Tuan said that tonight's music night can bring miracles for us to turn to our compatriots in the North.

Initially, according to Ha Thanh Phuc's announcement, the additional revenue collected from the account set up specifically for charity shows was 237 million VND.

The final amount given to Tuoi Tre newspaper was 325 million VND. This account was also officially locked after a few days of operation, ending its mission to avoid any future unpleasant incidents.
