Last night, June 12, the group stage matches of the 2024 National Youth Indoor Volleyball Championship ended, highly appreciated in terms of expertise; the athletes competed with confidence, courage and determination, bringing many attractive and dramatic matches... The 16 best men's and women's teams in the group stage were determined to compete in the Quarterfinals.

The 2024 National Youth Indoor Volleyball Championship officially kicked off on June 2 at the Quang Tri Provincial Multi-purpose Gymnasium; gathering more than 400 officials, coaches, and athletes from 25 teams, including 13 men's volleyball teams and 12 women's volleyball teams from provinces, cities, and sectors across the country.
In particular, this year's tournament has the participation of promising athletes competing on the National U20 Team such as: Dang Thi Hong (Thai Nguyen), Pham Quynh Huong, Ngo Bich Hue (Information Corps), Le Thuy Linh, Bui Thi Anh Thao (Hanoi), Huu Trinh, Xuan Sinh (The Cong), Xuan Hop, Ngoc Hieu, Dinh Quy (Khanh Hoa)...
That shows the investment and focus on youth training of units across the country. After about 5 years, now the Vietnam Volleyball Federation has refocused the 2 national youth men's and women's volleyball teams to perform international duties; each team will compete in July. Therefore, the 2024 National Youth Volleyball Championship is one of the tests for the coaching staff to check the athletes' level and find new people.

According to the evaluation of the Organizing Committee, the 66 matches in the group stage were exciting and attractive. The heads of delegations and coaches of the teams have carefully prepared all aspects for the athletes to have the best mentality for the matches.
For young athletes, this tournament is the best opportunity to compete, learn experience and exchange expertise; demonstrate courage, confidence and determination in competition, bring high achievements to the team as well as have the opportunity to be selected for the national youth team to participate in international youth tournaments.
Since then, the young athletes have competed with all their might in the spirit of solidarity, honesty and dedication, creating exciting, dramatic matches and bringing many emotions to the audience.
In particular, both The Cong men's and Long An women's volleyball teams, who won the men's and women's volleyball championships in the 2023 season, are playing impressively this season with the determination to successfully defend their titles. The referee team runs the tournament impartially, objectively, accurately and in accordance with the law, creating the best conditions for the athletes to compete.
For Quang Tri province, despite facing many difficulties, especially in terms of facilities, it still strives to fulfill its tasks of serving the tournament as planned; ensuring the safety of the delegation leaders, coaches, and athletes in terms of accommodation and competition; the police and medical forces perform their assigned tasks well; creating favorable conditions for people to come and watch and cheer...
The Quarterfinals will take place on June 13, with the following matches confirmed: Khanh Hoa vs. Tra Vinh; Da Nang vs. Border Guard; The Cong Tan Cang vs. Ninh Binh; Hanoi vs. Ho Chi Minh City in men's volleyball.
In women's volleyball: Vietinbank meets Ninh Binh; Kinh Bac Bac Ninh meets Duc Giang Lao Cai Chemicals; Information Corps meets Thai Nguyen; Long An meets Long Son Thanh Hoa Cement.
The matches in the Quarterfinals promise to be exciting, fierce and dramatic; the young athletes will compete with the highest determination for the country and contribute to the top matches, attractive football moves of national level, serving the large number of people and tourists to watch and cheer.
