The program consists of 3 parts: "Radiant source of mountains and rivers", "Spring in Ha Tinh homeland" and "Ha Tinh welcomes the new year". The program is expected to have performances by famous singers and artists such as: Dan Truong, Ho Quynh Huong, Erik, Minh Quan, Ngoc Anh, Ha Le, Bui Le Man, Dinh Thanh Le, Thanh Tai, Trung Quang, Trinh Quynh Anh... The program also has a spectacular, modern lighting technology show.
