Can I study in Korea with poor conduct?

I don't know if my conduct affects my studying abroad or not, I hope everyone can give me advice.

I am in grade 11 this year but my conduct was downgraded in the final exam of the second semester. I am wondering if I practice well in the summer and try to have good conduct in grade 12, can I study abroad in Korea?
