On the morning of February 6, Hai Ha District Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision to establish the Party Committee of Hai Ha District Party Agencies; the Party Committee of Hai Ha District People's Committee directly under the Hai Ha District Party Committee; and to merge the Propaganda Department and the Mass Mobilization Department of the District Party Committee.
At the conference, the leaders of the District Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the Decision of the District Party Committee's Executive Committee on the establishment of the Hai Ha District Party Committee of Party Agencies, including 9 Party cells, with 74 Party members from the advisory and support agencies of the District Party Committee, the District People's Council, the Fatherland Front Bloc and socio-political organizations of the district, the District Political Center, the District People's Court, the District People's Procuracy, and the District Civil Judgment Enforcement Office. Comrade Luu Van Thuong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council, was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Hai Ha District Party Committee of Party Agencies.
Announcing the decision to establish the Hai Ha District Party Committee, including 19 subordinate Party cells with 213 Party members; Comrade Ho Duc Quang, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Committee, was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Hai Ha District Party Committee.
Announce and hand over the decision to merge the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Board and the Hai Ha District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Board into the Hai Ha District Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Board; announce the decisions of the District Party Committee's Standing Committee on personnel work: Decision to assign comrade Bui Van Vuong, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Board, to concurrently hold the position of Director of the Hai Ha District Political Center.
Presenting the decision and congratulating the Party Committees and the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the District Party Committee, comrade Nguyen Kim Anh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, affirmed that the streamlining of the organizational apparatus was carried out seriously, ensuring compliance with the principles and requirements of the Central Government, the Provincial Party Committee and closely following the practical situation of the locality.
The Secretary of the District Party Committee requested that the agencies announced to merge and establish new ones should quickly complete the conditions for organizing activities, closely following the Party's resolutions and the Central Committee's instructions to perfect the organizational apparatus. The arrangement and assignment of staff to perform tasks must be in the spirit of right person, right job, fairness, objectivity, creating high consensus. He also expressed his confidence that with the enthusiasm and sense of responsibility of the agencies and units, they will successfully complete the tasks assigned by the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, making an important contribution to the implementation of the district's tasks in the coming time.
