According to the plan approved by the Provincial People's Committee, on February 7, Hai Duong will organize meetings, provide counseling, and career orientation for citizens who have completed their military service and police service and returned to their localities.

This is also the first time Hai Duong has organized this activity at the provincial level.

At the meeting, provincial leaders will give encouraging speeches and present gifts to discharged soldiers with outstanding achievements; units will organize counseling, career guidance, and career orientation for discharged soldiers; representatives of discharged soldiers will express their feelings...

Nearly 1,000 demobilized soldiers from 12 districts, towns and cities in the province are expected to attend.

This activity aims to create an exciting atmosphere for Hai Duong youth who have completed their military service and public security service to return to their localities in 2025; create conditions for demobilized soldiers to grasp information about the labor market, vocational training consultation and job referrals; propagate and educate to strictly comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies, regulations of local Party committees and authorities...

Previously, every year, the Military Commands of districts, towns and cities coordinated with Vocational College No. 20 (Ministry of National Defense) to advise and introduce jobs for discharged soldiers returning to their localities.
