Dr. Naga Chandrasekaran - Executive Vice President, Chief Technology and Operations Officer, General Manager of Intel Foundry - said that after nearly 19 years of operation in Vietnam, Intel has recorded two important milestones. That is, in April 2025, Intel's factory in Vietnam will reach the milestone of 4 billion products shipped. Another notable milestone is that Intel will contribute 100 billion USD to Vietnam's total export value.
Mr. Vo Van Hoan, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, assessed that this conference is an opportunity for businesses of Ho Chi Minh City and Vietnam to participate deeply in the global semiconductor and high-tech supply chain. Thereby, helping Ho Chi Minh City achieve the goal of becoming the economic, technological and innovation center of Vietnam.
