(Dan Tri) - Along with the remains that were recently discovered and exhumed in Quang Tri, authorities discovered an accompanying relic with the name Truong Thanh Y engraved on it.
On October 25, news from the 337th National Defense Economic Group (Military Region 4) said that the Martyr's Remains Collection Team of the unit had just found a martyr's remains in Ta Rung village, Huc commune, Huong Hoa district (Quang Tri).
In particular, the martyr's remains were accompanied by relics engraved with the name Truong Thanh Y and the symbol 21/1. During the process of looking up the list of martyrs who died in Huong Hoa district, the authorities found a martyr with the same name as on the relics.

Specifically, martyr Truong Thanh Y, born in 1948, rank of corporal, originally from Nghia Thinh commune, Nghia Hung district, Ha Nam Ninh province (now split into 3 provinces Ha Nam, Nam Dinh and Ninh Binh).
The combat unit is Division 304 (Steel Division on the Quang Tri front and the Southern battlefield).
Martyr Ý died on January 21, 1968 and had relatives named Truong Van Nang and Hoang Thi Gai. The 337th National Defense Economic Group issued a notice for units to contact relatives and search for information related to the martyr's remains.
