Hanoi continues to review and improve administrative reform index

The content of the conference aims to evaluate the implementation results of the Provincial Indexes and the Indexes applicable to departments, agencies equivalent to departments and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities in the city (Administrative Reform Index (PAR INDEX), Satisfaction Index with State Administrative Agencies (SIPAS), Provincial Governance and Public Administration Performance Index (PAPI), Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI), Provincial Green Index (PGI), Department, Sector and Local Competitiveness Index in the city (DDCI), Digital Transformation Assessment Index for Departments and Sectors (DTI) in 2023 of Hanoi city).

Hanoi also implemented solutions to improve the effectiveness of administrative reform contents and tasks, digital transformation, enhance provincial competitiveness, and improve the provincial Green Index to facilitate people, organizations, and businesses in their operations and increase satisfaction with the services of agencies and units.

The conference is expected to be held in July 2024 with the main bridge at the headquarters of the Hanoi People's Committee.

In order to effectively organize the conference, the City People's Committee requests that based on the implementation results of the Provincial Index Sets and the Index Sets applicable to departments, agencies equivalent to departments, People's Committees of districts, towns, and assigned agencies, they must accurately, objectively, and fairly evaluate and at the same time propose specific solutions for units to implement from now until the end of 2024 and the following years.
