On the afternoon of November 23, at the 14th Conference of the Executive Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee, term XVII, Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyen said that at the conference taking place at the end of December, a vote of confidence will be taken for the Secretary, Deputy Secretary and members of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee.

Ms. Tuyen added that according to Work Program No. 17-CTr/TU, in 2023, it is expected to organize 5 regular City Party Committee conferences and 24 regular City Party Committee Standing Committee conferences.
As of November 23, 4 regular City Party Committee conferences have been held. The content and timing of the conferences are closely following the 2023 work program. The Standing Committee of the City Party Committee also has a plan to vote on confidence for leadership and management positions in the city's political system in the mid-term of 2020-2025.
The Standing Committee of the City Party Committee has agreed to organize a conference of the Hanoi Party Executive Committee at the end of December to conduct a vote of confidence for the Secretary, Deputy Secretary, and members of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee.
Regarding the review of contents according to the work program, Deputy Secretary Nguyen Thi Tuyen said that the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee has directed the Office of the City Party Committee to regularly monitor and urge the agencies assigned to preside over the preparation of contents according to the 2023 Work Program of the City Party Committee.
Regarding the work of building the 2024 Work Program of the City Party Committee, Ms. Tuyen said that building a specific program will help the Hanoi Party Committee lead and direct the successful implementation of the resolution of the 17th Congress of the Hanoi Party Committee and the resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party.
Along with that, the entire working program of the Executive Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee, term XVII, will be specified in conjunction with the implementation of the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 17th Congress of the City Party Committee, 10 working programs of the 17th City Party Committee; 5 key tasks, 3 breakthroughs, main tasks and solutions for the development of the capital in the period of 2020 - 2025; orientation to 2030, vision 2045.
Building a specific work program in 2024 will also help orient major contents in the leadership and direction work in 2024 of the City Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee; serving as a basis for agencies and units to develop plans for organization and implementation.
Regarding structure and content, the draft work program for 2024 includes 4 main sections, specifically: key tasks; content of City Party Committee conferences; content of City Party Committee Standing Committee conferences; content of the meeting between the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, People's Council, City People's Committee with leaders of districts, towns and departments, branches of the city...
