At the same time, coordinate with the police force, local authorities and functional forces to increase patrols, inspections and control of the load of freight vehicles passing through Duong bridge, prevent and handle administrative violations according to authority.

Previously, according to the management unit of Duong bridge, hundreds of trucks weighing tens of tons still cross Duong bridge every day, despite the ban on trucks weighing more than 13 tons. The risk of Duong bridge collapse hangs in the balance as the road surface and expansion joints are frequently damaged and the bridge frequently shakes.

According to Giao thong Newspaper, Duong Bridge currently has a very high traffic volume. The bridge has three separate parts, including a railway in the middle and two roads on both sides for two-way traffic from Hanoi center to Bac Ninh and from Bac Ninh to the center. Trains only run occasionally, but road vehicles on the bridge and waterway vehicles under the bridge are always busy.
