The Hanoi People's Committee has just planned to organize a communication campaign to prevent and combat drugs with the theme "Hanoi - a common determination for a drug-free community".

The plan aims to innovate thinking and awareness in communication activities, contributing to promoting and improving the effectiveness of the quality of propaganda, dissemination and education on drug prevention and control laws; raising awareness, sense of responsibility and understanding of the whole society about the dangers of drugs and drug prevention and control work, ensuring that people, especially young people, teenagers, students, and workers, raise their vigilance, stay away from and denounce drug-related violations, contributing to building a healthy life, improving people's health, ensuring social order and safety, building and protecting the Fatherland.

Accordingly, 100% of communes, wards, towns, agencies, enterprises, and social organizations in the city organize propaganda, dissemination, and education on drug prevention and control knowledge with appropriate and effective forms, duration, and content; promote creativity in implementing new, vivid, and attractive forms of propaganda to penetrate deeply into each citizen, especially the youth; increase the application of science and technology for propaganda.

Along with that, 100% of residential groups and villages have access to drug prevention and control communication information at least once a quarter; organize individual propaganda focusing on high-risk groups such as adolescents after drug rehabilitation, unemployed, with criminal records; individual students...

100% of schools (middle schools, high schools, vocational schools...) in the city have access to information and propaganda and organize propaganda on drug prevention and control in all forms; coordinate with relevant units to build "Drug-free schools".

To do this well, the City Police coordinate and guide departments, branches, socio-political organizations and local People's Committees to effectively implement the goals, tasks, solutions, and propaganda work on drug prevention and control. Proactively provide information on implementation activities and results to departments, branches, branches and local People's Committees, and press agencies to effectively carry out information and propaganda work...

The City People's Committee requests the People's Committees of localities to propose specific solutions, suitable to local realities, direct departments, branches, sectors, and organizations to implement key tasks, specific solutions, basic goals and targets for drug prevention and control propaganda.
