A year ago, the "Vietnamese - British Colors" ao dai collection by 13-year-old designer Anna Hoang was honored to open the House of iKons Fashion Week 2023 in London on February 18, 2023, attracting the attention of designers and fashion magazines in the UK. An annual international fashion event organized by House of iKons since 2014 within the framework of London Fashion Week in February and September every year, House of iKons Fashion Week 2023 attracts 500 international models and 28 designers from Vietnam, USA, Italy, Finland, UK, Thailand, Philippines... Covering the event are famous fashion magazines such as Elle, Harper's Bazaa, World Fashion Media News...
The special collection was then showcased at the prestigious St. Andrews University's annual fashion event in Scotland on February 23, 2023. The "Sitara Charity Fashion Show 2023" event raised funds for the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) and the Southeast and East Asia Center (SEEAC) Migrant Community Support Fund. "Vietnam - UK Colors" is a collection of Ao Dai celebrating 50 years of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and the UK, with 50 Vietnamese Ao Dai designs under the Love Collection brand for adults and children.
The collection won the award in the 2023 national foreign information initiative category. Recently, at the office of the Vietnamese Embassy in the United Kingdom in London, Ambassador Nguyen Hoang Long had a friendly meeting and presented a certificate of merit to the young designer Anna and the team that implemented the project.
Talented child designer Anna Hoang also won the title of 1st Runner-up at the international youth beauty pageant Miss Eco Teen International 2023 last year and the award for Most Favorite Contestant.
Currently, Anna is preparing to launch her Vietnamese Tet ao dai collection in a special show at London Fashion Week on February 17.

This year is especially the 5th anniversary of the Ao Dai brand Love Collection, so at London Fashion Week, Anna will collaborate with the Vietnam - UK International Women's Union to display an exhibition area about traditional Vietnamese Tet customs such as a miniature landscape area, a food area, and an area displaying Vietnamese handicrafts to introduce to fashion enthusiasts and those who love to learn about international culture and art.
On March 16, the team will once again bring Vietnamese Tet-themed Ao Dai designs to the 15th anniversary show of the Sitara Fashion Show. Sitara has announced that they are organizing the UK’s largest Asian charity fashion show. The aim of the show is to celebrate the work of talented Asian designers and artists from around the world by showcasing their work on a global stage.
On May 19, Love Collection will co-organize with Ladies of all nations international Vietnam-United Kingdom, Vietsoc King College University London to organize the Vietnam Cultural Show with the theme Beautiful Vietnam. This is a program to honor traditional Vietnamese culture and arts and raise funds for the international charity organization Facing The World to help children with facial disabilities in Vietnam.

Born and raised in England in a Vietnamese family, young designer Anna Hoang shared that through her Ao Dai collection, she wants to convey her love for her Vietnamese roots and England, her second homeland. At the same time, she wants to promote Vietnamese culture to the world.
Vietnamese ao dai fashion brand Love Collection was founded by close friends Anna Hoang and Emily Nguyen in 2019 to honor Vietnamese culture through traditional costumes of Vietnamese women.
With the name Love Collection, the young designer wishes to spread and inspire love globally. The Vietnamese girl hopes that in the future she will continue to introduce Ao Dai in particular and Vietnamese culture in general at cultural events and programs not only in the UK, Vietnam but also other countries in Europe and America.
The young designer said it was wonderful to see all the models wearing Ao Dai to share Vietnamese and British culture with everyone on the catwalk. "Vietnam is a beautiful country and we need to share that with the world."
