GTA 5 is about to leave Xbox Game Pass, 'clearing the way' for GTA 6

According to SamMobile , Xbox Game Pass account owners are about to receive some bad news, as Grand Theft Auto V (GTA 5) is about to leave the library of this game service. Microsoft has officially announced this, although it has not revealed a specific date, but according to a reputable source on X of the account @IdleSloth84_, this time will probably be January 15, 2024.

Besides GTA 5 , two other big names are also about to leave Xbox Game Pass: Persona 3 Portable and Persona 4 Golden . These games will also be removed on January 15. So if you want to play these games, players will have nearly 2 more weeks to experience them.

While Microsoft said goodbye to GTA 5 , Sony recently welcomed the game to the PlayStation Plus service. This seems to be Rockstar Games' alternating exclusivity strategy between the two leading gaming platforms today.
