Many households in Giao An commune (Lang Chanh) have received bank loans to effectively develop their economy.

With the loan capital from Agribank Nga Son, Tien Canh Trading and Service Company Limited, Nga Hai Commune (Nga Son) has expanded its production and business scale effectively, creating jobs for many workers. Mr. Nguyen Van Canh, the company's director, said: "In the development process of the enterprise, there has always been the companionship and attachment of Agribank. Currently, the enterprise's revenue reaches tens of billions of VND/year and creates jobs for nearly ten workers with an income of 8 to 10 million VND/person/month...".

In practice, over the past time, thousands of households and businesses operating in the agricultural and rural sectors, thanks to loans from Agribank Nga Son, have developed production and business effectively, bringing in hundreds of billions of VND in income each year. In 2024, Agribank Nga Son has made continuous efforts in capital mobilization, lending and providing financial services, promoting support for rural economic development, contributing to promoting agricultural production and improving people's economic life.

During its operation, together with the entire Agribank system, Agribank branches in the province have always promoted their pioneering and exemplary role in implementing the Party and State's policies and guidelines on currency and banking with many creative, effective and appropriate solutions; affirmed their key role in investing in the "three rural areas" sector, made important contributions to socio-economic development, effectively implemented the National Target Program on New Rural Development, the sustainable poverty reduction program, the digital transformation program and the national comprehensive financial strategy... Thereby, contributing to the fight against the "black credit" evil, ensuring security, order and social safety, especially in rural areas.

As of early April 2025, the total mobilized capital of banks reached more than 60,000 billion VND; accounting for 33% of the market share of credit institutions in the area. Total outstanding loans reached more than 68,000 billion VND, accounting for 31% of the market share of credit institutions. Of which, outstanding loans for agriculture and rural areas accounted for nearly 90% of total outstanding loans. Over the years, Agribank branches have always maintained stable growth in terms of scale, structure, quality and operational efficiency. With a solid financial foundation, Agribank branches have become close friends, always accompanying farmers in rural areas of the province.

With the capital from Agribank, with the diligence, hard work and creativity of farmers, our province's agriculture and rural areas have flourished, effectively shifting the economic structure. Many areas of land have been exploited for their diverse potential, creating bumper harvests. The countryside has more "billionaire" farmers who not only enrich themselves but also create thousands of jobs with stable income for the people. In particular, the socio-economic infrastructure has been gradually modernized, the economic structure has been strongly shifted, associated with the application of high technology in agriculture, rapid development of industry and services; the landscape environment in many rural areas has "changed dramatically", security and order have been maintained.

In the coming time, Agribank branches will continue to firmly uphold the mission of "Tam Nong", proactively take solutions to effectively implement Resolution 19-NQ/TW dated June 16, 2022 of the 13th Party Central Committee on agriculture, farmers and rural areas by 2030, with a vision to 2045. Continue to expand the network, modernize technology, towards digital banking; diversify and improve the quality of products and services; promote capital mobilization and credit investment to serve the province's key economic programs; together with the entire banking industry, effectively implement the national digital transformation program and the National Financial Inclusion Strategy by 2025, with a vision to 2030; effectively contribute to promoting the development of the digital economy, green economy and circular economy. Banks also committed to pioneering in implementing the financial policies of the Party and State, maintaining the role of the leading commercial bank in the rural financial market, contributing to realizing the goal: "Prosperous agriculture - Wealthy farmers - Civilized and modern countryside" to build many "livable countrysides" in the province.
