Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Trong Dong signed and issued Decision No. 6212/QD-UBND dated December 2, 2024 on the allocation of 9,989.5 square meters of land in Thuong Thanh Ward, Long Bien District to the Long Bien District People's Committee to implement the project of Technical infrastructure improvement of land plots at planning plot A.5/CCKO1 and plot A.5/NO1 adjacent to the planned 30m, 15.5m road in Thuong Thanh Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi.
Accordingly, 9,989.5m2 of land in Thuong Thanh ward, Long Bien district (confirmed by Long Bien District People's Committee to have completed site clearance in Document No. 2279/UBND-TTPTQD dated October 31, 2024) was assigned to implement the Technical Infrastructure Improvement Project at planning block A.5/CCKO1 and block A.5/NO1 adjacent to 30m and 15.5m roads, Thuong Thanh ward, Long Bien district, Hanoi according to Project Approval Decisions No. 5300/QD-UBND dated October 25, 2017, No. 9508/QD-UBND dated December 31, 2021, No. 7892/QD-UBND dated September 20, 2022, No. 92/QD-UBND dated January 15, 2024 of Long Bien District People's Committee.
Location and boundary of the land plot is limited to: (1) Map of the adjusted master plan of plot A.5/CCKO1 and plot A.5/NO1, scale 1/500, prepared by Cau Duong Viet Construction Design Consulting Joint Stock Company in June 2023, approved by Long Bien District People's Committee on June 15, 2023; (2) Diagram attached to the Minutes of landmark location dated May 16, 2024 of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
Of the total 9,989.5m2 of land, 6,131.6m2 of land (lot A.5/CCKO1) is for auctioning land use rights according to the approved planning. Form of land allocation: For Long Bien District People's Committee: The State allocates land without collecting land use fees. For organizations that win the auction of land use rights: The State leases land and pays land rent once for the entire lease term. The land lease term is according to the investment project implementation term as prescribed. 1,255.9m2 of land (lot A.5/NO1) is for auctioning residential land use rights. Form of land allocation: For Long Bien District People's Committee: The State allocates land without collecting land use fees. For organizations that win the auction of land use rights: The State allocates land with collecting land use fees. Land use term: According to the investment project implementation term as prescribed. Home buyers with land use rights are entitled to stable, long-term use. 2,602.0m2 of land for road construction. The form of land allocation is that the state allocates land without collecting land use fees. The land use term is long-term.
The City People's Committee assigned the Long Bien District People's Committee (Long Bien District Land Fund Development Center) to contact the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to carry out land handover procedures on site according to regulations. Decision No. 6214/QD-UBND on the allocation of 484.4 square meters of land in Nghia Do ward, Cau Giay district (confirmed by Cau Giay District People's Committee to have completed land acquisition and site clearance in Document No. 1606/UBND-BQLDAĐTXD dated October 10, 2024) to Cau Giay District People's Committee to carry out the construction of meeting houses for residential groups No. 15 and 22 in Nghia Do ward according to the investment project approved by Cau Giay District People's Committee in Decision No. 2169/QD-UBND dated November 20, 2023.
