On the afternoon of February 14, speaking with VietNamNet reporter, Mr. Bach Van Manh, Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Dak Lak province confirmed, Mr. Truong Hoai Anh (born in 1967, with 5 years of work left), Director of the Department of Information and Communications of Dak Lak province, has just submitted an application for early retirement to facilitate the streamlining of the apparatus.

According to Mr. Manh, in addition to Mr. Truong Hoai Anh, there is also Mr. Nguyen Van Hoang (born in 1967, with 5 years of work left) - Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Dak Lak province, who has also applied for early retirement.

Mr. Tran Van Sy (born in 1964) - Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Dak Lak province; Mr. Hoang Manh Hung, Mr. Pham Phu Loc - both Deputy Directors of the Department of Home Affairs of Dak Lak province and Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa - Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology have also submitted their resignations.

"These are leading officials who are exemplary in their work and have many years of work left, but for the common goals of the Party and the State, they voluntarily resigned to facilitate the streamlining of the apparatus," said Mr. Manh.

In Dak Lak province, during the process of streamlining the apparatus, many key leaders of departments, units and localities voluntarily applied for early retirement.

Notably, Ms. H'Kim Hoa Bya, Head of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, and Ms. H'Lim Nie, Head of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Commission (both 55 years old) submitted applications for early retirement to facilitate the work of streamlining the apparatus. Both Ms. H'Kim Hoa and Ms. H'Lim have more than 5 years of work left.
