Regarding the case of a female student being beaten by a group of people in Ho Chi Minh City, the authorities of Cu Chi district are consolidating the case file to handle the individuals involved in the incident.
In addition, the authorities have also requested an injury assessment for the beaten female student. This move is intended to provide a basis for handling related subjects.
So far, authorities have determined that the cause of the incident was due to a love conflict. The students fought at around 8-9pm on August 30, in Hamlet 3, Phuoc Vinh An Commune, Cu Chi District.
The victim was a female student at the Cu Chi District Vocational Education and Continuing Education Center. The victims included two students from Tan Thong Hoi High School and Quang Trung High School, a university student, and a student who had dropped out of school.
Currently, Cu Chi District Police continue to expand the investigation into other subjects related to this case, and strictly handle them according to the law.
In addition, the People's Committee of Cu Chi district has directed the district Department of Education and Training to coordinate with the district police and People's Committees of related communes to mobilize the victim's family to provide information and evidence to the investigation agency.
Through the above incident, the People's Committee of Cu Chi district has paid attention and directed the district's Department of Education and Training to coordinate with the district's Center for Vocational Education - Continuing Education and the families of the students to meet and encourage them to help them stabilize their psychology soon and continue studying; directed schools in the area to pay more attention to psychological counseling, helping students overcome difficulties in studying, thereby having appropriate behaviors, limiting the tendency of violence in resolving personal conflicts.
