The Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards are the only business awards program that recognizes workplace innovation in 29 markets in the Asia-Pacific region. Stevie winners are determined by averaging scores from more than 100 executives around the world who serve as judges.
Building a culture of sharing and humanity
At ROX Group, people are considered the most valuable asset, the key to the Group's success. Therefore, human development is considered the focus of all human resource activities at ROX Group.
A representative of ROX Group said: “Over the years, we have been implementing a human resource strategy with three main pillars. These are training according to the characteristics of the unit/talent segment; Building a promotion roadmap, developing the next generation, prioritizing internal recruitment/appointment of management positions and focusing on building corporate culture and employee experience”.
Becoming an employee of ROX Group, many people are delighted to discover the implicit “human” value in the organization. This value comes from empathy, trust and connection in the workplace; it is the feeling of giving and receiving both materially and spiritually every day.
Therefore, ROX Group has become a “happy land” where employees share joys. From small joys such as showing off a close colleague to bigger joys such as the department/unit just won a cultural award of the Group or activities towards the Group’s ROXMei Traditional Festival… all are happily shared by employees on social networks.
Initiatives such as Happy Hour, Learning & Sharing Month, ROX Steps… are continuously implemented to help unite the team and share values with employees.

At ROX Group, every year employees participate in surveys: what additional knowledge do you need to work better; what additional software and tools do you need to support... From the survey results, the Training Center, Technology Center and Culture Department of ROX Group will plan courses, software and tool procurement plans; adjust event plans... In 2023 alone, ROX Group organized 1,258 training courses from online to offline, meeting the training needs of employees.
In addition to developing the capacity of its staff, ROX Group also invests a lot of effort in developing the leadership capacity of its team in all 3 pillars: physical, mental and intellectual. In 2023, the company organized 4 ROX Leader Unlimited training courses to train the physical and mental pillars of leaders and bring unprecedented experiences and connections.
In 2024, ROX Group is continuing to implement human development strategies to strengthen the organization's pillars and sharpen its competitive edge in the market.
Spread the responsibility of sharing with the community
Not only within the group, ROX Group also strives to spread the responsibility of sharing with society. For many years, this Group has planned a series of activities for the community ROX Share.
Diverse in scale, ROX Share helps each staff member find the most suitable way to share with the community. Some people choose the joy of becoming a volunteer and call on their family members to join in cooking meals to share with poor patients on the weekend. Some people quietly donate blood to save patients. Some people collect books and school supplies to join the Group in building green libraries in the highlands. Some people run to contribute trees to plant forests, run to contribute money to build schools in disadvantaged areas...

Over the past 4 years, ROX Group has spent more than 200 billion VND on social charity activities. In 2023 alone, the Group carried out 25 ROX Share activities with a total cost of 16 billion VND.

ROX Share programs are organized regularly, with a tight concept like a project, and a professional purchasing unit. More than that, ROX people are determined to carry out the project to the end. Leaders always show the will to get to the right place, to support the right people in need.
A representative of ROX Group shared: “The culture of sharing has helped us unite our team into a strong bloc and have a deep connection with the social community. This culture is rooted in the mission of “Creating useful values for life”, developed from strong leadership commitment and active participation of employees”.
The recognition of more than 100 CEOs who are judges of this year's award will be the motivation for ROX Group to continue to nurture the values of "humanity - innovation - internationality", persistently carrying out the mission of "Creating useful values for life".
